My password isn't being accepted.
Your password is automatically sent to you via email when red jet creates an account for you. If you are sure you have typed the password correctly, perhaps you have changed your password, refer to the topic on "Lost Password" below.

Where do I change my password?
Once you have logged in, you may change your password at any time by clicking on the "change password" button on the left side of the page.

I've forgotten/lost my password.
Enter your email address in the form on your left, then click "FORGOT PASSWORD," your password will be sent to you via email.
I don't see any videos listed.
Be sure that you are logged into the system. Once you are logged in you will be taken directly to your list of videos for download.

I want to leave feedback about a video, where do I do that?
You can leave feedback for any video by clicking on "messages" in the film status section for the video you wish to leave feedback for. You can also provide feedback via email or phone.

How long to the videos stay on the red jet films server?
We set the download period on a film-by-film basis. The video's expiration date is included in the notifaction email you received for your video and in the status section for each video.
